Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 eggs + 2 yolks
- 100g pancetta or bacon
- 50g grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- Fry pancetta until crisp. Beat eggs and mix with cheese.
- Drain pasta, combine with pancetta, and remove from heat.
- Stir in egg mixture quickly. Serve immediately with extra cheese.
